Nope that is the first one, the second follows a split second later, along the axis of the ship as it enters the stern.
In fact it looks like the first passed through the other side unscathed. The Second causes the explosion.

EDIT:- actually I take that back - just retested and am seeing similar when looking toward the city over the sea.

Just checked, the required units for the triggers are present - but not always triggered
"INS Sacrifice to the triggers 2" is part of a Group also containing "INS Sacrifice to the triggers 1" Either of them killed should flip that trigger.
"INS EVAC" is the Evac Helo - this must be destroyed for this trigger.
However - it looks like Bad design on my part in the Mission goals. It doesn't allow for an "or" condition for the Mission goals. I think I may have decided to ignore "Mission Goals" and setup my own "Victory" with the triggers.

I'll check this again..... I do know hardened shelters have been umm hardened, but this was ages ago. the mission should be updated maybe... I'll check again

Imagine your truck is hauling supplies in MP to your Co-coalitions airbases - supplies like missiles/fuel that other people rely on..... I'm pretty sure this could already be done with the current mission creation tools and CA.
The Opposing Side would seek to strike at these supply convoys in order to strangle the opposition. So the Convoy could have Human A-A also..... I'd say there are plenty of possibilities.

Maybe, maybe not. AFAIK there was a concious decision that all speech in DCS reflect the Language the Sim is installed as.
For instance I much preferred that the Russian radios were spoken in Russian in earlier DCS versions. There are changes to config files that will get you what you want (all the sound files in German are there) but I can't recall what the process is.
