it is happening with Su-25A and Su-25T too - so it probably affects all craft in DCSW (G940 owner). FFB axis don't correspond to real trim axis, basically preventing to fly with FFB.
I think you do not understand it well. FC3 is not direct sequel to FC2, but rather implementation of FC-2 aircraft within DCS World with all benefits that DCS World brings for FC3 aircraft. In the end you get 8 new flyable DCSW aircraft including AFM Su-25A with high poly external model. I am not afraid that I pre-purchased the beta as I am confident that ED will iron out all the bugs (as it has been done with A-10C) and in the meantime I can fly fast movers and AFM Su-25A within DCS World and online.
Su-25A has AFM as it has had it since Lockon FC1. It is a great aircraft to fly (I prefer it to the T-version). It has better flight characteristics and better power/weight ratio than the T-frog. Moreover no fancy HUD, just steam gauges - but the aircraft flies like a dream. In clean configuration it is very sporty and you can do some serious AFM acrobatics with it. You just have to be cautious not to exceed maximum speed as it accelerates really fast :)
Thanks ED for releasing BETA version of FC3 for us instead of having to wait for the final release. We are finally able to enjoy all the goodies of DCS world in FC aircraft and for me mainly the Su-25s :)
The first loadout is certainly not realistic for Su-25A :smilewink: Normal combat load for Su-25A is around 1500 kg and also two external tanks are usually carried.
Well, this doesn't sound too promising. I think this needs fixing and it doesn't look like some complicated fix. VIKHR is very important weapon for Su-25T and many fly this aircraft exclusively, anyway Ka-50 can be also affected.
Well you actually have Narrow and extra Narrow zooms. In previous versions the SHKVAL had 1xzoom (wide), 8xzoom (narrow) and 23xzoom (extra narrow). Wide (1x) was deleted because of frame rate issues and the fact that real shkval does not have wide view . So now you have 8x and 23x zooms only.
