Yes, there is a major FPS issue in the north part of the map. I noticed it today too, dropping from 80 to 13 FPS.

Agree with that, Spangdahlem uses larger HAS.

BE model track: Also TACAN test is not working for me. But tacan and vor is working with hot start. BE_TACAN.trk

This happened to me too. VOR and TACAN do not respond with cold start in BE model.
