  1. For CASE I Cyclic Operations every flight ( up to 4 ) has their assigned marshal holding altitude and establish together. If they are more than 2 ship they may prefer something different than right echelon in the stack but when they hit commence, right echelon is way to go. Therefore we can say between commence and initial you need to switch right echelon.
  2. First of all you have 3 flight plan which is SEQ1 SEQ2 and SEQ3. You should be able too see all waypoints if none of them are boxed. If you want to add a waypoint to spesific SEQ.You need to box it and then HSI>DATA>WPSEQUFC>INSERT>"waypoint number"
  3. I was trying some SEAD mission and realized that eventhough I pick-up their signals from RWR I cant see them in TOO mode.I also tried PB mode with correct code and tgt waypoint is highly accurate it still cant find the EWR and end-up missing the target like 2-3 nm.
  4. If easy comm is not allowed in ME. You have to use correct hotas mic command in order to get response. You can also check R-Shift + K to get frequencies, tacan, datalink, icls etc.
  5. You dont have to hold it to close.Hitting once enough to close speed brakes all the way down.
  6. Hey all you have to setup is the image below.Additionally you have to turn-on your radios manually unlike Hornet.According to the SRS they are radio 1-2 and 3.You should be fine. nullnull
  7. Seperation between aircrafts are related to push-times and 9/10 aircraft doesnt receive needles in a almost perfect seperation.
  8. If you want fog, your best bet is broken 7 preset ( which you can set layer altitude "0" ) feels like fog.Especially airports with higher elevation.
  9. You should be able to identify with help of your RWR and TOO screen which one is targeting you but as a trick you may use SP mode which engages highest priority threat
  10. ACLS works fine when I am the only one around the boat. However when multiple planes stack-up at marshal stack and each one pushing their push time with 1 minute seperation ACLS Needle doesnt come-up for each of them although datalink seems fine on the ACLS channel.
  11. Make sure you have your datalink is ON.After ACLS update there are 2 pages of datalink you need to press it again to show second page. However you shouldnt get tad pole if you dont have your datalink turned-on but it might be some "DCS thing" Overall check. Datalink is ON at correct channel Box "TACAN" & "ICLS" if available and ofc "ACL" itself. Configured landing and ATC mode is activated Check ACLS page on the left when its ready to hand-off select CPL. ( It should between 4-6 mile ) Confirm you have P/R CPL on the HUD Another thing is that make sure AI gives you CASE III Recovery.
  12. Thats exactly what I am looking for. Thanks ! (BTW your kneeboards are amazing )
  13. I am looking for all squadrons that use legacy hornet (DCS version) operated from DCS Supercarriers. If anybody has a source or knowledge we can collect here.
  14. Not exactly because ICLS in hornet is raw data rather than flight director, so you have to be proactive instead of being reactive. On the other hand ACLS is a flight director and only thing you have to do is put the VVI over ACLS symbolgy.
  15. Practice makes perfect there is no magic tip or trick at all. Only thing I can say set your tanker around 400-450 tas in mission editor at 10-18k feet which gives you around 350 IAS which makes it more easier compared to slow speeds and when you get contact dont focus on basket.
  16. If you check-in with JTAC both wings will inform available loadout.Otherwise I think you should only see available weapons when you order to attack your spi.You should be able to select like rockets, missiles etc.
  17. I was trying AGM-84E and find out approximately 50% of missiles are failing and starts a orbit around launch point and explode mid-air.I tried both PP/TOO mode at different altitudes with different fly-out profile.I also test launcing directly to the target or 15 to 60 degree offset. It doesnt matter and couldnt find out what causes the problem. EDIT: -I have been testing for hours and as far as i found it is about offset heading (Although i wrote that it doesnt matter if I launch directly to the target or not). -I did not have any problem with +/- 20 offset from target but more you go it is more likely to do orbit because missile trying to intercept attack heading and overshoot its course and once it overshoot it cant re-correct itself and continue to orbit until it explode
  18. I spent decent time in BuddySpike event with hog and couple of times TGP locked somewhere and I can not slew it anymore from there.I never had that issue before.I cant boresight, spi, steerpoint or manually slew (basically every hotas command that should move tgp).Only fix works for me is switch-off TGP and then turn it on again. Unfortunately I couldn't find what cause that issue. However everytime I had that issue tgp was outside of the gimbal limit.
  19. I did not try after the last update, but we were always getting stacked as it should be with default SC Marshall.
  20. If you are trying to redefine WPDSG coordinates. It is not possible to change it with designating because it is waypoint designation. Therefore if you want to change it you have to change the waypoint coordinates from HSI Data Page.Otherwise after waypoint designation you can still override TOO coordinates from any sensor with TDC Depress while desired SOI selected.(A/G Radar, FLIR , Helmet etc.) Its working fine without any problem. For those who have difficulties with FLIR and JDAM coordinates; Since JDAM using only DMS (Degree-Minute-Second) Precise format. You must change default coordinate format of hornet which is DDM (Degree-Decimal-Minute). To do this; HSI>DATA>A/C look at bottom right corner of DDI you will see a option to change between seconds and decimal degree. After you set it "Seconds" make sure you also boxed precise option (can be found in HSI>DATA).Now you can see same format as JDAM. EDIT: @Habu_69 I just took control from your track and there is no problem.Make sure you are pressing "Throttle Designator Controller"
  21. I have no problem with TOO mode for TDC priority. If I boxed WPDSG and then TDC Press from ATFLIR it updates the coordinates correctly.I dont use VVSLV often so I can say nothing. Try this; Lets say you have some targets at WP5 WPDSG WP-5 SCS Right until you have auto or scene mode.( If your FLIR on your Right DDI ) TDC Depress while ATFLIR is SOI Check if the coords updated from jdam display msn menu.
  22. It should work if everyone call inbound, but you may try to add every aircraft as a seperate group. It might work.
  23. Its kinda weird that every one has described something different from each other.Maybe we should post our tracks and get an idea whats going on.I will post my track tomorrow.
  24. I also experience excessive nose-up instead of nose-down when burble kicks-in.
