wHAT ijozic Doesnt get that for 14 years the world has enough of Iraq's lies and the world the UN decided to do something after 1441 resolutions. After 14 years of conflict and lies, after all of Saddams probation violations the world did something. If I cant believe thats true I will believe nothing else I ever hear. Really Im sick of the US getting the blame for Saddam. The UN inforced military action on Iraq. It was Saddams fault. Iran ? Who cares they want to attack Isreal, break international agreements, they are pissing off the UN right and left. Is the US to blame for that too?

I KNEW IT results are almost tied. This question used to come up all the time about Ghost recon. GR was marketed as a sim for realism but after awhile alot of people wanted to call it a game. Still Red Storm offered it as a sim actually. Its hard to say but i clicked sim because I know thats what the dev's would first call Lock ON. Sims can be fun though and can be games too so this is a real funny area IMHO.

I had mine set up as bands awhile ago but system changed and now Im not useing it. I found one note I saved for this here . The mouselook option isnt listed in the cockpit graphics options any longer in ver 1.02 like it it was in ver 1.0 and 1.1. But you still can set it on. Use Notepad to edit the cockpit.lua file located in Lock On/Config/View/ folder edit CockpitMouse = true and save the file. I love the rainbow series except for Raven shield and ofcourse lock down sucks. I have Black Thorn on my comp right now. OK RAINBOW SIX VEGAS . Story goes the devs listened and scraped what they were working on for the pc and are really going to bring back the tactical shooter that was rouge spear with VEGAS. We can only hope. GRAW sure as hell is a half ass train wreck so far. Just watched the video , very nice I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe flush GRAW down to the toilet. The enemy AI is supposed to be just crazy real. They hired alot of extra people to work on getting the AI code to never before seen level. I hope.

:) I gota say this forum's software format or whatever is IMHO so top of the line. I just gotta say great job Mods and thanks to the peeps who maintain it. I mean I post in several forums about games, motorcycles, computers, etc when I get the chance. Some of those forums actually might handle 10 tmes the trafic this one gets and yet this forums apperance , functions etc etc are still my favorite!!! Several of them ask what can they do to improve thier forums and it should be obvious to all here, this is a first class forum. Just thought id give that "suggestion" :)

My God are you serious? Steam is a pile of junk. I dont mind douwnloading a game but having to start thier steam application and bla bla bla makes me turn into some paranoid fool that thinks starforce ruined thier $40.00 cd rom. I mean I dont like it and I dont like giving them so much permission into my computer either. This is from a computer tech point of view, we dont like it. However at this time I cant point to a problem it has caused but the probability and security issues all the while bogging down my computer are still valid. good luck to us both!

Was in the news that Ugo chavez may sell the country's f16's because the US is not supplying high tech upgrades anymore. Ugo then has stated that he may see the f16's to IRan or China and resupply the country with SU37 aircraft that he called the best in the world. Both actions break the contract that prohibited the sale of the planes and promised continued support for the f16's. Hmmmmm............

I asked about this about 6 months ago the 64 bit OS that is. If you can run it then good for you. I dont rememeber anyone here being able to say there was an advantage with performance in Flaming Cliffs. I think there were only a few. Anyways at this point with vista out in november or abouts...... Im not willing to experiment with anything else. Starforce? Im sure it is ready for the 64 bit os if you check the notes on what changes there have been made. Seriously, Starforce doesnt do anything bad. Like he said get over it.

Anthony by all means get Flaming cliffs , but also notice that if your running 1.02 or whatever now is a good time to run the ironhand training tracks for that version ofcourse ...you or somebody might know this.

water and overcast mods help alot 2 gigs of memory i am against . sure you can move through the game screens faster or whaever you can do but the technical thing comes to this. Ihave only seen lock on and my pc use up to 750 mb. If it was useing close to 980 mb of memory Id start to wonder because then the virtual memory is really going to be a big factor. So get the video card.
