well really i have not done that much on this cockpit, full credit to the original artists for that. its part of the woodwork for me now, it may feel cluttered somewhat, but itll catch the light nice. some might say its a bit bright in comparison but i was thinking it didnt really matter and the shadows still work their effect.

Ali, installed your pit and i must say i like it very much.

Great job, really nice. Instruments are well done, i like the "new" airspeed indicator and the indtrument readings, its more yellowish:thumbup:

i cant get this to work with jsgme...but i dont understand why...

i recreated the path where it is located now within my jsgme mods folder...

C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\_MODS\P51oldpit\Mods\aircraft\P51D\Cockpit\Resources\Model\Textures

and placed the two folders in there.

one empty Textures folder

and one P-51D-CPT-TEXTURES.zip folder.

but it just wont work...

any ideas?

I don't have the info in front of me, but IIRC correctly, that path is incorrect.

Get rid of that empty Textures folder, too, and note that the word aircrafts in the path has an 's' at the end.

well i double checked the path, and it seems indeed to be correct...

edit: no you are correct!seems that jsgme created that aircraft folder...trying again

thx cichlidfan for your really fast help!now it works finally.yesterday i messed with that mod for about 2hours until i got tired.ali should update his readme i think, so that everybody can enjoy his work without trouble to get it to work.
