Good customer service and giving your customers a proper compromise is key to success. I'm speaking from experience as a customer: I've spent a lot of money backing Star Citizen, and I wouldn't have done that without the amazing customer service that helped me out on every step of the way. Ok, but you keep repeating yourself... I understand your point now... so sit back and let others have their opinions without repeating yours as a response each time. That's what got the original KS into such a mess in the first place... changing things to try and keep everybody happy. (having everyone happy is a nigh on impossible task) What problem do you really have if I want to swap suggested/forced Mustang which I already have, for (say) a Dora? I don't think this what we got in the end is fair. :( As I understand instead of 6 planes (40$ backer) I will got only 2 and I can't chose which one I want. Will be only P51 and FW190 Dora. We support this project now almost year and half ago and still don't got nothing. I think should be fair that we got at least 50% discount on rest of the planes we promised in the beginning. It is fair and logical, in year will be anyway 50% discounts on summer or Christmas sales. We support this project in front so ED should give us such discount in front too. I think this will be fair for both sides, same to backer as ED. Other way I don't think will support this project anymore. Il2 CloD for 10$ now give away much more in content as in pleasure. Think about it ED.

He is talking about if a swap system was put in place I think, people changing their minds and causing headaches on the back end for whomever has to keep it straight... For Christ sake (spelling?), who is talking about some general swaping system? The only often pronounced OBVIOUS problem is, that people who already have Mustang are 'given' another Mustang.
