removing the wing tanks solves the issue, but this severy reduces the range of the eagle :(

hope the DEVS's acknowledge and fix this issue asap wit a hotfix

Yeah, I tried the wingtank thing as well. Doesn't work.

Hope they fix it very soon.

Ive tried this and it will roll whatsoever! with or without fuel tanks!

Weird! for me this works fine.

Just to confirm. You only loaded 4 missiles under the wings and no missiles on the fuselage stations and no fuel tanks, right?

Total loadout: 4 missiles y nada mas. :)

The lack of fuel is a major problem.... I'm hoping these issues are addressed soon as well. The Eagle is virtually unusable presently.

Only the open beta is affected. right?

4 missiles only, 3 aim120 and 1 aim9. No fuel tanks. Game auto updated yesterday, which means this happens in the final released version, not only open beta (right??). If this where reported in the open beta, I dont get how these issues made it to the final official version :S

I guess. Didn't update the release version.

Assymetrical load out will give a weight imbalance anyway. try a symmetrical loadout instead.

T/O Clean. OK

T/O Missiles only. OK

T/O Add wing tanks. Roll to right

T/O Remove right tank but leave 1 on left side only. OK, no roll.

Therefore although tanks show empty, the right one acts as if it is full.

BTW, Drop that 1 empty left tank and fuel quantity drops to 9000 lb approx.

Also the AB light doesn't come on, but that might be a separate issue.

Far from it, you just have to be careful and only use AB when your going to shoot at someone! ;)

I'm easily getting 30-45 min flight time out of the internal tanks. Even when our server is hosting 40+ clients in big furballs, F-15s are still getting involved with some good kill ratio's!

Yes it is a big handicap and it's not ideal at all, but its actually kind of nice to fly 'Mig29' style for a change rather than to burn and turn all the time! Eagle drives now have to think a lot more about fuel usage and the smart ones are making it work!

Still... it will be great to get the external tanks back!

90-92% RPM FTW!

Problem is only if a payload is chosen in the ME. Problem remains even if said payload is jettisonned or removed (on the ground).

OTOH, if the payload is chosen & loaded ingame, no problem.

Perhaps something to do with the recent fix for the wing pylons?

That should help.

While waiting for a fix, you may wish to load your aircraft ingame only (provided the mission allows this).

Good info. Didn't think about that.

That will save MP for me. :)

Cool, now could you please explain this to my AI wingman?

Can you explain how to change the loudout without using the ME? (This is news to me)
