Not sure, but someone remember the Luthier WW2 videos of EDGE and the "Minsk team"?, is only a supposition but, They are now SmartGraft?

WW2 "Minsk team" video.

Luthier EDGE editor video.

Could be. I t makes sense - all we were told at the time was that they are now/were somehow employed by ED.

About DCS 2.0 ''Minimum system requirements:??? "

- Why is top secret?

- Why ED not let users to know and that they can prepare in time their PC`s for DCS 2.0 at least roughly, approximately?

- ''ED don`t know.'' - But on what pc`s ED testing DCS 2.0??? So, they know and we want to know.

Let`s finish this story, please.

Thanks.

Its not top secret. 2.0 is still being tweaked and optimized. I can load a test build today and get XX amount of FPS, and the next build I could get single digits. Its the nature of development. You are just going to have to wait. Its possible you wont get 'official' specs until its in Alpha.

Based on their location? Is the pool of skilled programmers in Minsk so small that they all must be associated with ED?

I just wish the 128GB SSD part were true for DCS 2.0.

Considering that there are only a limited number with access to the terrain tools and given that those in with the Minsk team, that were once employed by Luthier had access to those tool. I would say it's a safe bet that they are the former DCS:WW2 team. Not a sure bet, but a safe bet. :)

We were originally told that WWII wasn't delayed that badly because most of the RRG team was now working for ED. I don't think these folks are building a Normandy map.

Do any of us know what is going on behind the scenes? Could have been a change in direction, some sort of resource shift. You know the famous quote here...

Its safe to assume you shouldn't assume anything...

But you just assumed something... Does that mean none of us are safe?!?!?

But if we shouldn't assume anything then it might not be a safe assumption to assume that it is safe to assume anything. :P

Does this have anything to do with DCS 2? I ask because they say stuff about "Building airbases".
