The Frequency range of the F5 Tiger II is 225.000 to 399.975 MHz. The AWAKS freq is 124 MHz how can we access it?

Thank you

Not sure what you mean, the F5 can access the AWACS: see below the frequency. you need T24, because T = 1.

Guy called XXXX was dropping bombs on friendlies earlier. Please ban him...

Again, please don't post this on the forum.

Send me a PM with the problematic player and actions and I will compile the complains and see what to do.

I don't want this thread to become a complain department with name dropping with all the drama that can / will follow.

Thanks

As a point of fact, it looks like your Teamspeak is not working perfectly.

What IP address or hostname are you using to try and connect to the Open Conflict Teamspeak server?

Yea, sadly, I have the same problem.

I was never able to connect to this teamspeak while I can connect to other

I was never able to find out why but I wouldn't say I dug deep since I am usually playing with a friend on Skype.

CrimsonGhost is actually the one generously hosting the teamspeak for my server. You can try to message him.

Your client log for a failed connection on top, and my successful connection on the bottom with differences bolded. First impression is that your DNS SRV queries are failing right up front. Are you both by any chance geographically close? Eastern Canada maybe?

Open a command line and enter ipconfig /flushdns. That will clear any local dns cache that may have a flawed record. You also may want to change your DNS server settings. Google has DNS servers at 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 that are usually good for at least troubleshooting.

Thanks a lot for the help. I am now able to connect to the TS

Flushing the DNS didn't work and it was something I've actually already tried before.

What did it for me was using google DNS instead of automatically obtain one in my TCPv4 connection properties.

Beretta, in case you are not familiar with DNS changing, you can check this https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using.

Thanks Doodenkoff!

lat/long coordinates

I've been having great fun on this server! Nice work. However, when I enter the ground target L/L coordinates in the CDU of the A10C it is giving me an inaccurate steerpoint. I noticed that the coordinates seem to be short a digit or two so I've been using leading zeros. Is there something obvious that I am missing? Any help is appreciated and forgive me if this has already been addressed.

I've noticed in my Tacview files, that I'm seeing M2Ks fire 4 Matras in a single sortie.

Explanation? I can only put two on my aircraft.

Posted (edited)

I have a separate entry when they fire magics.

EDIT: Disregard. That was an unusual event that showed a "Matra Magic II" vs "MATRA" object hitting something. I guess my question is now why doesn't Tacview differentiate between the missiles when they're fired but can under different circumstances?

Maybe because both 530 and magic are Matra.

This might be caused by an error in Skynet's missile name display list.

Bothered and recognized us while flying together at some points, but never enough to go and make a forum post, its not like a shitty BF109 skin type issue.

One of at least some minor Skynet errors we noticed, can't recall what else it was though, maybe someone remembers?

What you need to do to fix it Mirk is cange the Skynet label of the Mirages Super530 missile to "Schoolbus filled with explosives" to make it extra accurate! :pilotfly:

I am having fps issues. I cannot seem to get above the low 20s on this server. 90 in single player and the usual 45 aws on blue flag and other servers. I am running an i7 3660k at 4.5ghz 16 gigs 1800 d3 ram and 1080gtx ftw ,SSD and oculus rift. Also have a jetseat/sim shaker if that matters. 1.5 and all the usual low settings for VR. Anyone else experience his on open conflict and is there a solution? I'm having too much fun to have to play on other servers. Thanks

I like your explanation Bert, however i think the more scientific name would be something like "Magic school bus with explosive"

BF109? ehk the F5 agressor skins at sochi are a bug in skynet too i think;)

[sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]1000 miles of road will take you around town, a 1000 feet of runway can take you around the world...unless your in a Huey, you can go anywhere with no runway in a Huey!

multiplayer name ''DustOff=3=6''

Other bug i remembered just now, there seems to be an issue in bluefor Skynet not displaying kills on AI, which can be a bit confusing sometimes.

Concerning the performance issues, your system looks fine, have you tried systematically lowering your settings?
