Everything is fine, game runs on maximal details, but tree shadows visibly kills my frames. Is there a way how to keep cockpit shadows and turn off only trees? i5-4670 MSI GTX 960 4GB 8Gb DDR3 RAM :joystick:

I had this problem before 1.5. but when I turned tree shadows off it was ok and I could play even with maximal shadow settings. Now on/off box for tree shadows missing and thats my problem i5-4670 MSI GTX 960 4GB 8Gb DDR3 RAM :joystick:

I have flown a little with it set to on, can't say I notice any difference in the graphics or performance... maybe I am not as perceptive though as I used to be also. Trees still have shadows. Performance is really nice with 1.5 except for trees. For now I just reduced their draw distance to the minimum. I tested it during quick mission (top one) at wp 3 patrol. There is big forest. Without this tool my FPS dropped to 30-35. Now I have 55-60 in the same area. Zikous

I installed this earlier and forgot all about it until I realized my frames weren't dipping hardcore around forested areas. To tell you the truth, even in the KA-50 so close to the ground I didn't even notice the lack of shadows :\
