Then watch the AI fly to expose other errors with control surfaces. Don't have it (the L-39) so I can't fly it, and there are so many arguments in the model viewer that it is hard for me to figure out what opens what. I reported the issue (and it's DCS-wide, not just L-39) and disabled the cockpit/pilot textures on my paints for that very reason. . . .
