Ok, but it works? As default he has Y channel for A/A TACAN.

All manual, the plane practically flies by it's self more or less

 

Try to use throttle on axis for easier control rest of it is just practice and repeat and ya ...

Don´t waste your time, it´s not possible on actual version, when the tanker is refueling 2 planes , He sends the rest to wait further away.

 

Also, IIRC the central probe is just for bigger airplanes like bombers.

Left to the throttle, on the "wall" of your cockpit. It's a black switch that blends in nicely with the wall so it might be hard to spot.

Any idea why I get a constant loop of contact - pre contact the moment I connect to the chute of the S-3?

I keep getting the loop as well. Thought refueling was fixed in 1.5.3.
