The math for calculation of position of remote aircraft was completely rewritten. No more teleportations/crazy oscillations. Object should move much more predictably.

 

Dunno if you can answer, but is/was this an important step for multi person aircraft?

well, the illusion of it being lag free.

Incorrect, There's no such thing as No Lag, There's always transmission latency,

 

The slower the connection and greater the distance the signal must travel will always cause packet delay/loss/damage and latency, aka LAG.

 

What you WILL get is a cleaner smoother appearance of aircraft movements etc, instead of a warping spiking motion like you are watching the scene on your DVR and some one keeps hitting rewind then fast forward and then finally live.

Spawned ground units would not move or activate. It was reported weeks ago and supposedly fixed internally.

 

I'm mostly interested since it downright breaks a bunch of DLC campaigns.

Has the R-27R/ER being affected by chaff outside of the missile's seeker cone bug been fixed in this patch? If I remember correctly someone in the russian part of the forums said it was.

Just try the 1.5.4. Have some problems about TrackIR. For those FC3 planes, it seems that both IR and mouse can control the view at the same time no matter in cockpit or external view. What's more the view center button can only center the view to the point that mouse set. So when fly those FC3 Planes, never move the mouse when in the cockpit.

I wonder if we can access the animation keys from the export.lua?

 

In addition to this question, more details to what is allowed and what not would be great. I think that the new integrity check will conflict with the SimShaker/DCS Export Core way to extract player's plane animation data. This data is mandatory to generate proper SimShaker effects...

 

I hope we can find a good solution for everyone...
