Hi, All.

I would like to share information with you. There is still a lot of work.. Not everything goes as planned. But ....... These are the first pictures of 3d model of new pedals. Within a few days I will show continued. As you can see, there is a cam loading of brakes. The name (tentative) RF Dora. Very interested in your opinion regarding the appearance. The springs are not shown. The model is not final and may change.

I understand that you are looking for a easy/less costly to make foot pad design, but your "Friedrich" foot pads looks more... male. :D

BF 109 had a steel pedal (sheet steel 2 mm), which was welded.

In this case, the material - aluminum 5 mm + 2 mm steel + 3 mm steel. No welding. But welding - it is not expensive. Therefore, production of the new pedals are not cheaper.

Moreover. The load on the pedal will increases. 2 mm steel is not enough.

The progressive resistance for the break axes is a bright idea!

Any haptic/mechanical feedback is always very good to help controlling our inputs.

To change there are several reasons.

- I have already spoken of the increased load on the pedal.

- I have received many requests to make the pedal like later version of the BF109 or FW190 pedals.

- and the most important thing. I do not want to stop. Therefore, each model of pedals made about one year. Thereafter removed from production and replaced by a new model. So it was with BF109 - BF109CAM - RF Dora. Or F16 - RX Viper - .......?
