razo+r
Have you checked how much RAM is used at that time?
AtaliaA1
Have you tried deleting the saved game folder? Also sounds like a possible heat issue, needs ruling out anyway. GottHold
65° on GPU and 40° on CPU doesnt seem to me like Thermal throttling. In my next step going to delete saved games folder. But even when i installed 1.5.5 which i havent installed before?(when i uninstalled 1.5.5 vanilla i deleted all files of it and went to install 1.5.5 beta so it should technically use another saved games folder should it?) Oh and you can see 8GB ram is in use at the point of crash. Thanks for the replies so far Edited December 14, 2016 by GottHold Have a nice day! ED Team BIGNEWY Posted December 14, 2016 ED Team Share Posted December 14, 2016 I would remove all modifications and use a clean install to test. Aginor
I can also recommend DDU, it worked once for me when everything else failed. DCSW weapons cheat sheet speed cheat sheet
majapahit
perhaps you want a different more aggressive cooler fan(s) profile (happens to me overclocking, no high temperatures like yours, but apparently there are spikes somewhere that you cannot see) | VR goggles | Autopilot panel | Headtracker | TM HOTAS | G920 HOTAS | MS FFB 2 | Throttle Quadrants | 8600K | GTX 1080 | 64GB RAM| Win 10 x64 | Voicerecognition | 50" UHD TV monitor | 40" 1080p TV monitor | 2x 24" 1080p side monitors | 24" 1080p touchscreen |
Scooternutz
Have you tried deleting the saved game folder? Also sounds like a possible heat issue, needs ruling out anyway. Resetting the saved games folder has helped me three times in the past two years. It is incredible how that can help many issues. Is there a setting best for DCS Some users like to turn off the page file or set a limit for it, in my experience with DCS leaving it alone and system managed is the best option https://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2869670&postcount=16 Forum rules - DCS Crashing? Aginor
Same here. For me setting it manually ranks somewhere between Voodoo and Grander water. I could never measure any significant positive effect on DCSW. DCSW weapons cheat sheet speed cheat sheet
