► VPC Pre-Orders Shipping Update

 

In the last week, the VPC Team had met together at the VPC HQ in Belarus to discuss the status of the current pre-orders including the VPC MongoosT-50 Flightstick & Base production.

 

As per our previous announcement, there had been a delay on our initial shipping estimate due to some minor improvements being made to the MongoosT-50 gimbal which required some retooling at the production factory. The production factory was then required to fulfil a large state order before moving on to ours. We apologise for this delay and appreciate everyone’s understanding during the wait.

 

However, we are now pleased to announce that the VPC MongoosT-50 Flightstick and Base orders will begin shipping on July 1st, with orders being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis.

 

We also have good news for users who have pre-ordered our VPC MongoosT-50 LH Grip and PC MongoosT-50 LH Flightstick. Production has already begun and these orders will also be shipping on July 1st!

It's July 1st and I was hoping to see an announcement that shipping has actually begun. But nothing on this forum, and nothing on VPC's official web site.

Well, it is the weekend. I'd expect the update on Monday. I expect most folks are not mad, like me, and work 7 days...

Well it is also July 1, and their announcement stated shipping will begin on July 1. Not much ambiguity there really.

I too was anxiously checking out all the forums for any confirmation that shipping had begun. Or even word that production had been completed and the parcels were packed and ready to go. I know nowadays most shipping companies do pick up and ship on Saturdays...

 

Oh well maybe we will hear something first of the week.

Hi All!

 

We have received the initial batch of MongoosT-50 Bases from the factory and this weekend we are working on getting them QC'd and packaged up. The first batch will be collected for despatch from the VPC HQ at the start of the week!

 

We will be working our way through the pre-order queue from the oldest orders to the newest, so we will require your patience as we catch up with demand!

 

As I get more information I will keep you all updated with our progress :thumbup:

You just mentioned it and showed a few controller photos. Since MegaMozg worked on it, UI will probably be something like mmjoy2. Can you show a few screenshots? Is there a manual?

Correct, megamozg has created it, so if you're familiar with mmjoy2 you'll know what to expect.

 

I don't have any screenshots right now but we'll post some soon. We'll also have a manual available as well :)

In keeping with my promise to keep the community updated on my whereabouts as the only English representative of VPC - I will be away until the start of next week. I will still have sporadic access to the internet but I request patience if you're trying to contact me!

 

Rest assured the VPC team are still working around the clock to get as many MongoosT-50 Flightsticks out as quickly as possible!

Well for orders that are dispatched on Thursday/Friday, yes.
