i never backed a kickstarted before, but i actually believe this design works.

for about 900$ target its not bad.. i feel it has major potential.

900$ is not cheap, but it far cheaper than d-box or other 3dof motion simulators that run for 4000$ way up and a basement full of power supplies is not needed ( i live in an apartment )

i am just spreading the word. a few days left in the kickstarter.

i believed in the oculus rift years before it was release, and it met my expectations. i feel yawVR can do it.

Looks tremendously uncomfortable and of limited utility for a flight sim. Btw, my first kickstarter backing was the Oculus Rift for which I ended up with both a DK1 and a CV1 for about $350.

Agreed... I can't see how this is comfortable for even a short period of time.. It looks like there is a lack of support and your elbows and legs would hit/rest against the sides.

How do you get out of this thing? They cut the video just when the guy was trying to extract himself from the giant green bowl. :)

My guess is that you need to call your wife for help after a good session to pull you out.

Being single, with two dogs that don't care about me until meal/treat time ( plus they have no thumbs), this would be a no go. ;)

This is a terrible idea o.O Uncomfortable, unnatural position nearly laying down. My back hurts just looking at it.
