some1 Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 No idea how you guys managed to break it, but the trim is inverted. Up trims down, Down trims up. The trim hat animation on the stick is correct, but the stick itself moves in the opposite direction than it should, and the plane follows the stick movement. Nero.ger Posted August 29, 2018 Posted August 29, 2018 confirm you are not the only one, happend to me as well. was an interresting takeoff.....short... 'controlling' the Ka50 feels like a discussion with the Autopilot and trim system about the flight direction.

nessuno0505 Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 Is It expected to move in stable branch? :shocking:
ED Team cofcorpse Posted September 1, 2018 ED Team Posted September 1, 2018 Is It expected to move in stable branch? :shocking: Of course, after it will be fullty fixed and tested in internal version, it will appear in public version
nessuno0505 Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 I hope you are joking... they have an open beta branch, they accidentally create a new bug in the beta branch, and they move the new bug to the stable branch without fixing It before stable update? I don't think so, orherwise what is the point of an open beta branch?
joey45 Posted September 1, 2018 Posted September 1, 2018 Hopefully they'll be another open beta patch next week.. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. "Me, the 13th Duke of Wybourne, here on the ED forums at 3 'o' clock in the morning, with my reputation. Are they mad.." https://ko-fi.com/joey45
ED Team cofcorpse Posted September 1, 2018 ED Team Posted September 1, 2018 I hope you are joking... I think, I don't understand you, sorry. I said that fix will get to the public version after it will be fully completed and tested.

ED Team NineLine Posted September 2, 2018 ED Team Posted September 2, 2018 No problem, maybe my post was not so clear... l'm not native english speaking...:smilewink: This bug is fixed internally, it should make it into the next Open Beta patch, this bug, while irritating, is not game breaking, had things gone smoother with Open Beta, its possible it would have made it into Stable. Luckily, as weird as it is to say, there are have been big issues with Open Beta, and will most likely need to be fixed before moving to stable, meaning this fix should make it in. flyinfriend Posted September 2, 2018 Posted September 2, 2018 I’m surprised a new bug like this was introduced and not found before the release. All it takes is a single takeoff attempt to notice it. Not a show stopper but hard to understand how it could be missed.

All it takes is a single takeoff attempt to notice it. Not a show stopper but hard to understand how it could be missed. It would be nice if ever little thing on every module was double checked the night before a release, but its not always possible, luckily it was caught in Open Beta, and appears to be fixed in Open Beta. Alphazulu Posted September 3, 2018 Posted September 3, 2018 The latest patch to "Fix" this just completely broke my F5. At least when they were reversed I just needed to swap around the controls. Now after "fixing" it the pitch trim controls in my game for the F5 both show as Redded out and it doesn't matter what I bind the plane will no longer trim the pitch at all!
ED Team NineLine Posted September 4, 2018 ED Team Posted September 4, 2018 The fix seems to require a restart for it to take effect, I had to assign, then restart the game and it worked. Forum Rules • My YouTube • My Discord - NineLine#0440• **How to Report a Bug**
nessuno0505 Posted November 23, 2018 Posted November 23, 2018 Now I can confirm it is fixed, thanks. I think this could be indicated in the title.
