Hello,

 

I just ordered the F14 A/B on the Heatblur's website and after all is completed, I got the email with binding to my account instruction but that doesn't work :(

 

Here the information I got :

 

Thanks for ordering from us. This email confirms your order of the following items:

Pre-Order DCS: F-14A/B by Heatblur Simulations x 1

 

Your Order ID is [redacted] and your payment has now cleared. A receipt has been emailed to you separately.

 

You can access your digital product key from [redacted] This link may be used up to 3 times before it expires. In order to use some of the products in this order you will require the following license keys:

 

Pre-Order DCS: F-14A/B by Heatblur Simulations: [redacted]

 

In order to redeem your key and download the AJS37 Viggen, please follow the following steps:

 

Log in to your account on www.digitalcombatsimulator.com. If you do not have an account, please register for one.

 

 

Once you have logged in, enter your key into the "Check License Key" window, and then bind the key to your account.

 

But the issue is that when I enter the key to the DCS's Check License Key page, I have an error ! (Entered serial number was not found.)

 

And I can read "AJS37 Viggen" ! (I already have it) and I what to buy twice and it's maybe the issue.

 

So if someone who buy the F14 on the Heatblur's store could give me more information ?

Sorry mate, have exactly the same issue and again the Viggin is mentioned on my order as well. Just gonna hang off binding it, until we get told issue is sorted

I don't have a lot of money and buying something like that is stressful for me and it's not fun to have issue. On the video, they indicated : Pre Order now on heatblur.com so I was sure that the pre-order will be only on heatblur.com...

LMAO how can you already waste all your three Keys instead of waiting for something official if it didnt worked on the first try. Youll be fine I guess, just wait until it works and contact them then.

Isn't the serial written in the "download" email as well?

I have the same problem btw, ED's site says my serial doens't exist. I guess it will work when the module becomes available. I've sent an email just for confirmation, I will report the asnwer when I get it.

I was expecting a download file somewhere on my pc or drop box maybe? Infact the dropbox gave me an error.

It's not available yet, so DCS doesn't know your key. All that matters is bind the key to your account in your profile. When your profile says it's there. Then it is there, otherwise wait for solution of ED. Fingers crossed! :thumbup:

You get access at the same time as everybody else, but it is 10 dollars cheaper if you preorder. And the T-shirt and such offers are probably just a preorder deal, if that is something that interests you.

 

So, if you are in doubt, just wait a bit. Just be aware that the price will go a little bit up after release.
