Jaguar

And multi crew

A 2 seat Jaguar? It looks nicer than the single seat but what would you do in the back with no radar to fiddle with? It’d take twice as long to leave the earth with the weight of a second pilot as well. :megalol:

Im in bad need of a Tornado ground pounder in my life, but I think Razbam should continue what they have started with the MiG-19, and make a Lightning and one or two Century Series jets (104 and 105 if you ask me) ;).

Imagine how fast we could have a couple of jets from the same lovely era, when going by the MiG-19 development time.

Hate to say it but the EE Lightning would be more useless than the Mig-21

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Useless in what, shooting down other planes? Thats kind of the idea with a simulator like this, isnt it? To find out how good shit is/was and how to make the best use of it, and have fun with that.

The EE was made for heading out there in the north sea and shoot down bombers and the occasional escort over mainland Europe, in an awfull hurry, and Im sure it did that much better than most of its contemporaries.

Pretty much the main job of all 2nd generation jets, Century Series and all. And Id love to try that out, how ever useless and useful they might be. Is all relative anyway.

Remember the export version had a ground attack capability too with SNEB rockets, bombs and Matra rockets, and not forgetting a reconnaissance pack as well.

The EE Lightning is the only aircraft I would take before the F-14 :)

The EE Lightning and its contemporaries were designed and developed before the creation of the ICBM. Their main duty was to shoot down any nuclear capable bomber before it was able to deliver its payload.

Basically their mission was: Get Out, Go There in a Hurry, Shoot Down Non-Maneuverable Target, Get Home.

GCI or AWACS were a must because their radars were basically aiming aids. After the ICBM made its entrance, many of the these interceptors started to be used for other duties like CAP and CAS.

Or a HAWKER SEA HAWK

HAWKER SEA FURY

SUPERMARINE SCIMITER

FAIRY SWORDFISH

DE HAVILLAND VAMPIRE

DE HAVILLAND SEA VIXON

DE HAVILLAND VENOM

ENGLISH ELECTRIC CANBERRA

I can but dream

There are some on the English Electric Lightning Facebook group, don't think that particular one is on there but there are a lot that are not available through ebay or online manual sites including a weapons manual. Most have been posted up by ex-pilots and maintainers.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/eelightning/

That manual is the Saudi Airforce Pilots Notes for the F MK.53, BAC 53-(SA)-6 Issue 2

Like all the other manuals I have seen there is no section about the Redtop missile, those are still classified, they should be coming up on the 30 year mark now and maybe a small chance to get them de-classified.

As much as i want to see more British aircraft like all the Hawker brand military types and the Buccaneer.I think Razbam is too busy right now with their other aircraft like the SuperTucano and the French Mirages along with the Migs. They still have plans for the other Harrier variants like the FRS 1 and AV-8B+ which count as British planes.

British aircraft I would buy in order of preference:

Sea Harrier (because it saw combat and was intended for air-to-air)

Lightning (because it was an exceptional aircraft in terms of performance but difficult to fly)

Tornado ADV (because it was the ultimate RAF interceptor of the Cold War)

Buccaneer (because it was a cool looking airplane even if it was a ground pounder)

If the F-4K and F-4M count as "British aircraft", then bump them to the top of the list as I am a Phantom Phanatic and like the contrast between the US J-79 engined F-4s and the British Spey engined F-4s. So put these two lines at the top of the list:

F-4K (Phantom FG.1) (because I love to fly from carriers)

F-4M (Phantom FGR.2) (due to its extensive cold war service and continued upgrades)
