Thats a fact...

but there is one problem.

canopy is not a looped argument as far as i know.

when i open the canopy, blades probably turn only once,

but the wheels are looped arguments which produces turn motion..

you are right about the approach problem, but we need to find a looped argument to attach the blades.

Keep the ideas coming please Teka..it means a lot..

Mustang says it turns on the stock model (didnt checked yet)..

i am looking for the argument but cant find it!

edit: Just checked the stock model.the gun is not turning!maybe something wrong with my lockon..

Mustang you sure?!

Errr SKF is right, i'm sorry Yeniceri, i thought the GAU-8 did have a spin animation, i was wrong.

It would have been cool to do though, but if its not possible within the sim engine, it's fine.

Yeniceri, sorry for beating you near Vienna at 1683. Moral support here as well :)

No problem ..

you cant always win can you?..

We need to lose sometimes for treasure are victories of several hundred years :)

moral support taken...;)

PS:I'am having a hard time connecting 1683 Vienna with a-10.. Do you want to say something?!?

I mean my idea is...

Canopy close: Blurred disk (No rotation needed)

Canopy open: Blades model (Rotated by wheel argument)

So, you will see rotating blades only when you taxi with canopy open. And you have to stop and open canopy to see no-rotating blades.

Canopy 5oclock little triangle cant find it anywhere???,

Front midair refuel hose position fixed

also TekaTeka's idea worked...

While taxiing and canopy open, rotor blades are visible and turns..

When canopy is closed, rotor blades switch with a plate wich will have a blurred rotor texture on it.. Done!

Although I don't fancy A-10, I like the progress that's shown here. I'd be happy to fly it once it's done.

Good work guys, U surely keep this game alive and kicking!!!

Hmm, Yeniceri...don't forget to regulary make backups of your work on A-10.

We wouldn't want another data loss like in the case of Walmis' Eagle, don't we?!

Off-site backups? :D

Keep up the good work, this is a welcome addition by A-10 pilots everywhere ... and I wouldn't mind escorting a good-lookin' A-10 myself.

Reminder: SAM = Speed Bump :D

I used to play flight sims like you, but then I took a slammer to the knee - Yoda

The damage model would have to wait until we squash all the little bugs out of the current model, then texture has to come later.

btw, to mustang, how come your canopy glass is so dark? This is mine
