I tried TACAN for A/A and wasnt getting information for the tanker nor was i getting a morse code tone. ILS worked but tone did'nt work either. Can anyone confirm?

Check TACAN and ILS knobs on the Intercom panel are pulled up. I think possibly some are down by default now

Yeap, TACAN and ILS buttons were pressed down. Pulling them up brought back TACAN audible signal, but not ILS. At least in Kobuleti, 111.50 MHz (frequency taken from the airfield details on the map). And ILS didn't activated either.

Might be a calm wind runway issue at Kobuleti so ILS may not have been active for that runway.

 

You need at least 7m/s surface wind (I think) to get an airbase to use a particular runway.

A bit strange. Even w/o any wind one of the runways is active. ILS should be active at the latest when calling inbound, when ATC gives you active runway. You can have 0 visibility w/o wind.

You need 7m/s surface wind to “force” an airport to use a particular runway if the one you want for sure has an ILS.

 

The calm wind runway in use may not actually have one.

I've recogniced the same behaviour in the instant mission "Cold Start" at Syria. The ILS audible signal didn't work. ILS frequency has been set correctly to Incirliks RWY 21. I double checked the ILS frequency settings (111.70), ILS was turned on (right panel) and the ILS knob was pulled up (intercom panel). Well... since I've only tested with the A-10C II so far, I cannot say if it is a map related or a plane related issue. The ILS approach on RWY 05 worked well. I re-tried it at RWY 21 on ILS frequency 111.70, but there was obviously no ILS signal at this frequency. Track attached.

PS: Don't comment my approach, please... I was highly diverted ;)

I just tried the same approach with the F-16C and additional with the A-10C and there was the same problem - no ILS signal at Incirlik RWY 21. Seems to be a map related issue.

It isn't. It's a core DCS issue.

RWY 5 is the "Calm Wind Runway" at Incirlik in DCS.

 

Unless the surface winds force a change to RWY 23, the ILS is probably hot on RWY 5.
