Not being a Discord user myself, I always thought Discord was some 'Teamspeak' chat client variant.

 

... I have to say, they have one of the most annoying Captchas ever.

yeah it seems something is borked with the latest OB version.

I'm not having any trouble with it crashing. Might you have the NS430 Navigation System installed. Its been know to cause some to crash.

Yep. Tried in both Open Beta and stable. GNS430 not installed in either. Crashes DCS every time loading finishes when cockpit is first displayed. Herc ver 6.2

Hello my friend, Hercules is one of my favorite mod in DCS world. But after a update, this mod couldn't used in steam, I already selected the steam version in setting, but it still freeze when enter the game. Anyone could give me some suggestion? Thanks.

6.2 is flat out broke for me.

Same for me - In Single Player missions Herc. 6.2 crashes DCS repeatedly in Normandy and Caucasus - (haven't tried it in Pers. Gulf or Nevada yet). The crash occurs when I press the "Fly" command to start mission. Repair doesn't help. Crash file attached

Me too. It always happened after the update of DCS. But ANUBIS always fix it at first time. Just patient and wait for the new version. You can try some other fantastic mods in these days.

I agree - Patience is the thing, but 6.2 was working fine 48 hours ago. Has there been an update in last 48 hrs?

For Some reason the windows update over the passed weekend broke 6.2.

we have release 6.3

Below are the changes included in this version

1: Navigation:

Initial Primary Flight Display implementation(Pilot).
Way-point display on Knee board.

2: Flight Model:

EFM Overhauled.

3: Key Binds:

Keyboard controls added.(Throttle missing)

4: Comms:

Initial Radio Implementation.
(can transmit not receive)

The Release was pushed with unpolished features to help address the CTD after windows update.

The way-point capture only works on the black sea map.

One more question: - with the Anubis updates do we delete all previous version files? I.E. does 6.2 get erased and replaced with 6.3? I ask this because 6.3 doesn't seem to have all the sub-files that 6.2 had.

As a rule it is always best to delete (zip or back-up) the previous version, because of the way Anubis builds the release each is seen as a new one, that's also why the keybinds don't cross between most versions.

Hi Knapsak,   

Thanks for your advice. I have placed Herc. 6.3 into my Saved Games>DCS Open Beta>Mods>Aircraft, but it does not show as installed in Mod Manager, nor does it show in M.E. Aircraft list.

Can you suggest a remedy?

this may sound stupid - but - did you unzip the file?

Hi Dali,  Yes. Definitely extracted to its  sub-folder and copied that to Mod>Aircraft folder. (All the right files inside sub-folder.)

I'm totally stumped. Repair does no good.
