No, you said Mirage F1 is lighter and almost same T/W ratio.

Mirage F1 is roughly the same weight as Mirage 2000, and with weaker engine, the T/W is nowhere near the numbers you gave.

I don't know what weight or thrust you used for these T/W ratio ?
