I seriously doubt You saw Polish colors on Galeb. Perhaps it wasn't Galeb but a L-39 or some similar aircraft! The only real difference between the P and Q is the size. this particular example is as is currently worn by RAAF Hawk pilots. I have these in higher Res if required and the mask in my possession.
