One thing that might bother the sensitive (IMO) are orange detection/threat circles in ME! Hardy visible against orange GPS map patches that present populated areas! And slightly overcluttered!

I already suggested red circles as threat ranges and yellow as detection and I still stand by it but how 'bout fully customizable circle colors so each player may select a detection/threat color to his liking?! It helps decluttering ME!

We had forwarded your suggestion to ED. I'm sure something will be done with threat circles in the future. Remember, the ME, like the rest of the product, will continue to evolve. FYI - color selection is already implemented for trigger zone circles, so I wouldn't be surprised if the same thing or something similar was done for threat circles.

Can those menus be accessed when in game? It is a shame if the graphics options cannot be accessed while still playing a mission.

No, the options cannot be accessed while in-game. Edited by EvilBivol-1

looking good so far. but the main menu one looks very cheap and does not reflect the quality of the rest.

another thing I recognized are the labels. Falcon had a great option to divide lables into far and close unit lables.

I would love to see this in dcs too.

This was already implemented, but ED had to remove it due to technical issues with the 3D viewer.

Thanks for your sharing all your hints, insight and your quick responses EB!

Hopefully the UI will scale well across resolutions, aspect ratios and monitors.

Good to see there's an option for cockpit display resolution. Should help performance/quality depending on the system.

From the looks and my experience, I guess such a GUI is much more scaleable, as it probably does not consist of prerendered graphics, but rather works like a scaleable website, to name a common example.

Well, at least I guess so. :smilewink:

Impressive.

It’s tempting to ask what will the simulation of the weather be like?

(gusts, clouds, static or changing etc).

I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully.

IIRC this has been discussed already, i think in general it won't be different from LO.

Good, fast, cheap. Choose any two.

The turbulence model has been re-done and is now more complex and dynamic. It will also be carried over MP. I'm sure more advanced weather changes are coming up in the future.

Where is "Multiplayer"? It is not one of the main options - is this instead accessed once you choose mission/campaign?

Separate executable.

I guess it will rather be like you have the same settings for offline and online. You merely start with another .exe, so you don't have to load multiplayer-content when playing single player and vice versa.

A lot of modern games uses this feature. The best thing about it: Most games that do have a combination of key for online-playing and CD-check for offline playing. :smilewink:

Does that also mean we will get some sort of server-browser and community management ingame? I don't know if you guys know "World in Conflict", but it's one of the best games, especially in these features. You can open Squads/Clans and Groups ingame, recruit, assign and organize matches, chat and IM, friendlist, etc. I think at least some of those features would increase the online-usability a lot.

I have been a player in wic long time ago, with rank general. I really love the onine features in wic. If somehow there is anything in Bs like that in WIC, that's gonna be incredible and awesome. It will help players get together doing some teamwork and let ppl find new friends easily in the game.

I think it looks excellent. Makes me anxious for game release.

Just a quick question.

Menu screens with the TH2Go. I take it, it will be like with Lock On. Where the menu screen is displayed on only one screen, then once the game starts it will be displayed across all three screens.
