However, the delay between that and seeing it available in stores is largely a publishing/distribution factor and will take approximately 3 months. ED has no control over this delay - it's a process that involves other parties. Also, it's important to understand that ED cannot make the download version available prior to the retail version appearing on the shelves.Ouch, this is a huge disappointment I have to say, and very unexpected when I think of how quickly the multi language version of Stalker was released after the Russian release. I was hoping for a similar kind of time frame. Given that 2009 seems like an eternity, would anyone be able to say whether the downloadable Russian version could be played by a none Russian speaking person? If a kind Russian speaker could post a translated version of some of the important menu buttons for example, would we be able to do some missions? I'm sure the same policy will continue. I can vouch for this, and my situation must have raised an eyebrow or two, but ED granted me more activations anyway. NO QUESTIONS ASKED. ========== Back on topic. Now all we need is for someone to take screen shots and walk us through the Russian BS ordering process. Then translate the user interface, just enough so we can make simple mission and go flying. Or post a side by side screens of russian vs english interface. That's all. :D ED have been taking my money since 1995. :P

If the back up media is sold or or or, then then all the royalty laws are applicable on the owner. (I can find the link if you wish from the EU laws database.) So with this in mind, will i be able to make a back up of the BS DVD i am planing to purchase? No offense, no rant no anything, I just wish to know if my rights as a EU citizen will be respected.
