Also, with wingmen in a mission I have seen weird behavior such as two AI aircraft landing one behind the other on the carrier deck, so that two aircraft are present on the runway.  Additionally wingmen will taxi into the player aircraft on the runway.

I am using the most current open beta version and the super carrier.  The missions that I have been flying to test these issues were created by myself in the mission editor.

So it looks like two bugs are present.  I have a track of the ACLS issues included in my above post, but did not save a track with the wingmen issues.  Maybe someone else can confirm these findings.

I put up carrier ACLS on the user files mission

 

The carrier is already set up all you have to do is go and apply the mission it's super easy you should be able to get ACLS to work. Right flight parameters

 

Remembering that your airplane  has to be and ATC landing mode and it has to be in condition

Not dropping into the water. 

Are you really have to understand about buying ACLS to play a little bit above the needle so you have something to come down to because of your underneath the needle inclined to get above it that close going to be at have a problem.

However with my mission you should be able to make it function I don't know what the link is but you can find it in the user files

Pilots always have the option to use ACLS if they choose

On a carrier it's not like the game either they either run case 1&2  or case 2&3 together

this always gives the pilot in command the option 

Captain's really don't want the pilots crashing all over their deck

Lenny too hard destroying the landing gear and things like that

Real carrier is an actual working environment so they work overtime on keeping it as safe as possible

So if somebody feels like they want to land with the ACLS that they can easily switch it on and use it

It's always there and it's always available for them

Then a big question for ED. Why doesn't it work for us like in RL? Are we not worthy? This feature is implemented by ED as a way to troll players. We are guessing here what and how, weight, flaps, takan, but it doesn’t work! Trying to use AСLS in a campaign always fails. After an hour and a half of playing during landing, even the thought does not come to apply AСLS, 99.999% will not work for unknown reasons. ED is a big question for you, why doesn't it work?

We will need a proper bug report please, separate thread in the bug section, if you can please supply server and client tracks and logs, especially those seeing the specific issue.

Our Closed Beta Team recently tested this, as in last week with no issues, so please check for the common things like mods, scripting etc that might be messing things up.
