Title pretty much says it. In VR I'm getting terrible frame rate. All other aircraft I get over 50 fps in VR. In the F1 it's constant stuttering. 2D runs fine. Happens all the time, for me it's just hit fly to replicate it.

Even so, if you want your report to be taken seriously, you need to attach a track file showing the issue and your dcs.log file, so that the developers can reproduce the problem. State also what VR gear you are using and your PC specs.

Anyone else have a similar problem in VR?  I am thinking of buying this module, VR performance is important to me.

No performance issues here, just the bug with the left mirror (image in the mirror gets stuck when you look left).

I do have a pretty high end rig though.

I'm also experiencing comparatively poor performance in the F1.  Other modules are fine but the F1 is quite jarring.  Mirrors are definitely a resource hog in this module.

Similar observation for mirrors. FPS is lower compared to other modules but not by much.

I'm coming back on this topic of low VR performance.

F1 on a low spec machine (like my laptop with an RTX2060 6GB) is definetely not playable in VR compared to other models.

Using Link (Quest Pro) and the same settings the difference between F-15E (heavy also in VR) and F1 is 15-20 fps which brings the F1 down to 9-10 FPS

Using Virtual Desktop F1 is a bit better with 20-30 FPS.

This means that  F1 is making more aggressive use of VRAM.

And to give you a more startling comparison, F-18 free flight in the same map is averaging 50-60FPS!
