After completion of the F-16C DTC, we will begin work on the Hornet DTC and MUMI page that will allow users to preconfigure mission elements like waypoints and their sequences, datalink, countermeasures, weapons, sensors, and more. This is planned for both the Mission Editor and Mission Planner. Will be DTC available in a multiplayer? Other than preconfigured by a mission designer. P.S. Dragon1-1 Posted January 13, 2023 Share Posted January 13, 2023 IMO, the startup crews should be part of a module, rather than SC itself. They would be nice, and airbases are eventually getting ground crews of their own. In other sims you can see the start cart, ground power equipment, fuel trucks and even the catering truck (might be a factor in the Herc), so hopefully addition of appropriate ground personnel is being considered. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Exorcet Posted January 13, 2023 Share Posted January 13, 2023 I really want those radar fixes for the Hornet and Falcon. The limited look down we have right now can make a mess of BVR. Also looking forward to being able to sort wingmen via F-16 radar, that will be an immense improvement when flying with AI wingmen. Supercarrier improvements are looking good as well, but one major feature not mentioned is the ability to assign parking in the mission editor. After the first newsletter in 2023 and the "2023 and beyond" video the expectations grow even higher according to the core development. Will you actually be able to walk around in the Ready Room and PRIFLY and see the other players in it, or will you be tied to fixed camera positions? We are able to assign a specific a/c to a specific catapult for use when starting on the runway, it doesn't seem to be too much different to be able to assign specific parking spot to a specific a/c when starting on the ramp.
