Status update Still working on Russian assets. A lot of testing and fixing smaller issues. I also choose to add a new aircraft asset.

I have placed in the editor one TOR Mk2 and and I cannot destroy it with anyone anti-radar missile not even  with 4 released simultaneously 😵, all are intercepted. Also I see  attack T-90S with mavericks and LGBs  is useless. 
I'd really appreciate some advice.

tor m2 is hilariously powerful.

your only way of dealing with it is a saturation attack. i.e. get the hornet, and use as many decoys as possible and then a bomb or something idk its too strong

I have the same problem with Pantsir, try to change sam skill to Average in mission editor, anyway, it's true that CH Sams are nearly indestructible.

HI, trying to destroy a SAM site alone, good luck. only way is 2 or 3 axis of attack with saturation and shooting all at the same time....possibly you can try to empty the SAM site while flying at the very low altitude and using terrain to break the lock and crash all the missiles, DCS's AI are sometimes so dumb so you can make it shoot at you all his missile using the same trick to avoid being shot down.

Hi @LetMePickThat, no problem, real life first obviously.

By the way, I made some update on your version of HDS, compatibility with last DCS version, merged with "S300Pack" mod and with new liveries (thanks to @Scoop). I'm still working on a real S-400 version (update from "S300Pack"), the original version had got almost the same capacity as the S-300VM or S-300V4.

The only time I can't add a custom engine sound is when the unit is equipped with radar. Due to a DCS bug, the engine sound will then be locked in position, so the vehicle will drive away from the sound. Very strange bug. 😅

2S35,Tiger-M,T-14 and 90 M,so far I have tried only these and they do not have a sound of movement.the latest version of RUPAKC.Do you have any sounds of these cars moving?

I think sometimes it's hard to grasp the amount of time any form of (even basic) testing takes. The US pack contains around 60 different assets, imagine performing 10 tests per asset. That's 600 tests. 🤪

There's also a lot of work involving the release, everything from cleaning up the folders, removing redundant files to creating the loadout spec sheets and updating the web. 

That said, we're almost there now. The testers received a RC1 of the US update yesterday. If nothing major has broken I'm releasing it very soon.

Hi guys,

First, thank you so much Currenthill for those amazing assets, I had a lot of fun using them and I look forward to test the upcoming ones 🙂.

I'm sending that post because sadly, since a few days that I reinstalled DCS on my new laptop, I can't use them anymore for an yet unknown reason ^^ They were working completely fine before and now, I don't see them in the installed modules in DCS. And even with deleting everything, downloading again the game, the mods, reinstalling everything : nothing worked 😕
I both tried putting the mods files in the user>game save>DCS>Mods>Tech and in the game folder itself (DCS>Mods>Tech) or using OvGME and chosing the game folder but nothing worked out 😕

So, desesperatly, I'm asking here if eventually, there's a kind soul who can help me.

Never put such mods in the core game folder. Only in Saved Games. You don't have multiple DCS folders in Saved Games by chance?
