Hi.

Just a quick question.  Is the 9A317M TELAR (BUK M3) supposed to have a near instant reload of its 6 missiles?  Is it supposed to reflect the TELs that have  2 x 6 missiles?

Thanks,

Could be a even better thing if based on your ideas you can spot 3D models directly and provide those links. I'm sure that CH has not run of ideas, but he is not creating the models by himself for obvious reasons... we all know that we can find pictures on internet...

I don't know the first thing about 3D models and what makes one viable for use in CH's asset packs.

It would swamp CH with links to potentially  completely useless models.

If they're out there, CH knows how to find them. I don't.

Correct, it's been discussed earlier in the thread. I updated the reload time with the latest fix update, to even better reflect the actual reloading time.

Did anyone in here mix the CH assets with HighDigitsSAM? I want to know if any possible conflicts here and there?

Hey Abburo. I'm running the latest version of HighDigitsSAM Mod without any conflicts! I will be happy to share the Version I'm running if you're interested!

USA and Ukra assets pack have two versions. a small and another big size. What it's the different in between?

The small one is for someone that already have the older versions that want to update to the new, the big one is for people that new to Currenthill mods

Hi, thanks for your answer. Cause zooming out on the map it looked like the range was pretty "small" that is why I thought I was missing something :)

Hello,

do you plan any german forces updates which would match the german ISAF afghanistan szenario? Would be cool with upcoming east and north update for the afghanistan map to have such units. dont know if ED will develop them..

i thought about german Dingo´s and TPZ variants

especially that TPZ jammer would be cool to create IED sweep missions with CAS

OIP.WXXxw3s7q43tod0Pz4sW5AHaFj?rs=1&pid=

insurgent enemy forces would be also cool but i think we will see an update on them soon from ED

thanks

Yes, if you check all my changelogs you'll see that I have to update a lot of the weapons because ED keeps changing either the missile scheme or hardcoded core game parameters. About 6 months ago I had to update a lot of weapons because of these changes.

For example:

  • HIMARS ATACMS
  • HIMARS PrSM
  • HIMARS PrSM antiship
  • HIMARS GLSDB
  • HIMARS GMLRS
  • M270 GLSDB
  • M270 GMLRS
  • M270 ATACMS
  • M777 Excalibur
  • B-21 AGM-88G
  • DF-21D
  • PCL-181 GP155
  • Type 055 YJ-21
  • Iskander 9M723
  • Grigorovich Frigate RBU-6000
  • Artillerisystem 08 Excalibur
  • PzH 2000 Excalibur
  • AFT-10 HJ-10
  • CV9050 Spike LR2
  • RBS 58
  • FGM-148

The updated weapons won't perform as realistic as the old versions, but the alternative would be to remove them.

I don't understand why they prevent the realism of the ballistic trajectories of long-range missiles. It doesn't take anything away from the simulation, on the contrary it adds!
If the missiles are the fruit of the ingenuity of third parties, it should be a credit to the simulator that brings together lively minds.

Maybe the changes are to add more variety to missiles? Probably wishful thinking though ☹️
