Devs kindly reminded me there's an option for rain droplets in the Graphics settings. Please ensure it is enabled.

I had posted a screenshot with the option enabled in my first post

The Ka-50 III has the rain effect - the Ka-50 II does not.

Flown today the Ka50-III Black Shark (after latest update from today) and rain was present in VR but the wiper was not able to sweep the rainwater away.... so it was kinda a blind flight

They fix the rain on canopy (bug)

Sadely, the wiper never  sweep the rainwater away on this module by the past

It is not a bug that the devs can fix. The wipers in this game has never worked. They always were a cosmetic thing.

The devs need to implement a new feature to make the wipers do their job.

But it looks like its a super low priority feature. Because it wasn't implemented for ~15 years already.

well it makes setting up a FFP on a rainy day especially difficult without proper wipers....
