fixed Ship smoke absent in MT

I have a mission with several ships and in ST The HMS Achilles and Forestal have Exhaust smoke, LS Samuel Chase, La Combatantte I, Areligh Burke, and Oliver Hazard Perry do not (So they might be generally broken and need fixing)

The same mission in MT the smoke is absent from all ships.

As in the title,  flying in VR (QUEST 2) with MT on, there is no visible smoke from the Tarawa's stack.  Using the regular executable it looks fine.

 

Edit: Same thing in 2D, so an MT thing not a VR thing.

This is still present in 2.9.

For some ships though this bug makes them more accurate to real life.

For instance, every image I've found of an Arleigh Burke or Oliver Hazard Perry underway shows no smoke (both are LM2500 gas-turbine powered ships, which would also apply to the Ticonderoga):

The only one I found of the Arleigh Burke where smoke is visible, is this one showing the ship at low speed (though ambient conditions might be making it more visible), even so, Arleigh Burkes with no smoke visible make up the overwhelming majority of images online.

 

I also can't see any smoke coming from La Combattante IIas in real life images either:

 

Even the oil-fired Leanders don't appear to produce smoke while underway (here's Achilles):

The only one I've found with smoke visible is this one of Andromeda, with again the ship moving at very low speed - the overwhelming majority of images show no/neglible smoke:

 

However, the LS Samuel Chase should probably produce a little bit of smoke:

 

The Forrestal though is a bit more difficult, you can find images of it underway with a fair amount of whispy smoke visible and images where no/neglible smoke is visible (presumably dependent on ambient conditions):

ships in DCS do not have smoke from their chimneys/ Kuzne (MT version)
