It is supposed to get 20% off unless I'm mistaken.

First FAQ Post stated

Pre-purchase is not currently available on DCS Steam Edition. We are doing our best to offer Steam users identical pre-purchase options for both DCS: Afghanistan and DCS: Southwest Afghanistan as soon as possible.

This means a chance for 30% off. As far as I'm aware the pre-purchase was totally skipped on Steam.

I'm currently seeing full prize

This isn't the first time a day-1 release has somehow 'forgor' the EA discount on steam... 
it's usually corrected soon thereafter, so I'd wait until this is clarified before pulling the trigger on anything

Is there a command to force it to download the module like the other maps? Paid for the whole thing back in April, but it is not showing up in game. No prompts to install the module. It is fully patched and I have restarted the client several times and rebooted the machine as well.

Did you update DCS? Now it goes through a separate launch screen and all, where you get the chance to download the new modules / purchases.

Kind of, I flew to the locations and they aren't there on the map (as expected) but some have photo texture remnants.

I checked one, there is no FOB there but there is a small town, civilian
