I dont know much about the hellfire on the AH-64,  i do know we have two variants, one that is the laser and one that is the radar guided one.     All of the previous laser guided hellfires i have seen where solid green with the yellow bands.   In this news letter this week, there is a picture with what looks like the laser guided hellfires with a white and red band just aft of the nose.  Is this a new type of hellfire variant, or just a different skin??

I'd much prefer ED spend precious development resources on content that pushes the sim/game forward that the community hasn't also created on their own.  Having Massun92's assets in the base for everyone is a great decision in my mind.  There are others in the community also pushing the envelope as it relates to assets.  Hopefully ED is talking with them as well.  Crossing fingers this works out for everyone and there's more asset adoption in the future.

That stament has a complete nosense... ED 3D AI modelers has none to do with pushes the sim/game core or other features. Has many content from Lomac/FC to update and new contet by ED to make, and that has not been supeseed by "community content".

I'm not hostile either. I just think you miss the purpose of the DCS newsletters. This is how they communicate the current development and future direction. Of course not everybody is happy with everything.

Are the animated ground personel included in the patch? I probably misread but saw a comment on Massun's thread that Lighting and personel were being ommitted. Im probably wrong.

Im not sure, I didnt see info like this. In the main post @BIGNEWY wrote about the his work, I didn't see any information that it was only a part, that would be really bad.  His ground crew are awsome. @Massun92 any info about this subject?

I have no news about that sorry. Only the fixes planned in todays planned patch.

Thanks. I have only had the F5 a few weeks but I love flying it. It needs a bit of TLC in the cockpit so would appreciate that being fed back to the Devs.
