I'm also glad it was fixed. I just think it would have been better in the change log. I am sure I was not the only one that scanned the change log first leading to disapointment, before thinking about downloading the update to test it.

As for why the nose gear has no steering torque past 30 or so kts, that's a bug that has been around for years and remained unaddressed. It is probably an internal problem that can't be fixed with lua.

Anti skid on? Maybe it prevents to turn the wheel to avoid skid.

No. It's because it's correct-as-is according to some very old posts in the resolved section. NWS is off beyond 40 kts and it's 100% rudder authority. Do not takeoff or land with crosswinds.

On the issue of refunds to those who bought in Steam:

1) Steam will not refund you if 2 hours and two weeks have passed.
2) ED will not refund you even if you migrate from Steam to standalone - different databases.

In general, there are no refund options for those who bought on Steam. I don't have any thoughts on this, I just think the system needs to be refined - the customer needs to be protected, otherwise purchases are quite risky. At the moment everyone decides for themselves whether the risk is worth it or not.

NO update in the changelog, no news. This is doing real damage to ED, RB, other third party devs, hardware peripheral companies, content creators. The whole system is being harmed. Sad!

Uhm... no. Go back further. I have clearly stated that RB did a great job with the F-15E and that its EA release was one of the best we ever had in DCS. I know there are areas on the internet that are less than friendly to many people for many reasons. If you run into those just try and avoid them.

In my opinion, the real damage in the whole thing is to 3rd party devs. With no clarification on who is in the "wrong" here if I am a 3rd party wanting to get into DCS, I might sit back and wait it out or abandon the idea. I don't want the parent company developing more modules than it needs to, 3rd parties generally build the best module they can and not worried about nerfing it or boosting it due to the blowing winds of the BFMers.

I've raised that before as well. NineLine said he is not able to share the details on how often ED and RB communicate. I do however this should be the first thing to be revealed when possible because it's the most worrying claim of all in my opinion. Radio silence is the absolute worst and if used 'strategically' it's quite a low move.

 I gotta be a bit blunt here. I have seen a few RAZBAM members (either developers, former developers, or SME's) make statements but until Ron Zambrano himself actually makes a statement about the sequence of events that led us to this debacle and the steps that he personally undertook both before and after his first major statement, we don't really know anything factual. It does seem that some of the developers who left RAZBAM were told something about the situation but that doesn't mean they were given all the necessary facts/context. Likewise. There is an SME making some pretty bold statements but when you ask him if he represents RAZBAM or has first-hand knowledge of Ron Zambrano's interactions with ED, they will be pretty quick to say that they don't.

 When one looks at the way information is being handled on the RAZBAM Discord, it is hard not to get the sense that there is just enough being said to get particularly vulnerable people angry but not enough to actually shed real light on what is going on and why.

Well, if this is a legal fight, it's standard procedure not to make any public claims, as this could worsen the legal position. It can then also take months or years solve. 

I'll add that there might be a point in time for customers to also take legal steps, although this should be considered very carefully. But I doubt customers are gonna wait forever and it could add some pressure to get to a solution.
