So far ED is the sole party that has not provided ANY official statement or proof/receipts that prove the dispute being justified. Unless I have completely missed something in which case please provide the evidence and official statements by ED.

Yes I am a consumer, a customer. And customers are entitled to get information about their purchased products and their support. Simple as that. I'm not stomping my feet here whatsoever, I'm simply asking for a source as to why you people seem to act like you know everything and that ED has provided enough evidence outside of vague statements for you to believe them. I am very open to be corrected or proven wrong when confronted with a source or evidence for those claims.

RB has said publicly, multiple times, that ED has not even sent them sales figures, so the numbers are speculation, especially coming from a source that does not have access to the reports per their own words.

From the last 2 quarters. 

They know about the whole year before still not payed. (17 months not payed, and counting)

RB is currently out of (as others claimed in this thread) a 7-figure payment, ED had options apart from going to court to force RB to acquiesce to their demands

Yes, now ED has a hallf-functioning module and a PR nightmare, but so does RB, ED OTOH still has a functioning company

For me it's quite easy to understand. Razbam didn't get paid because they violated a contract. Simple as that. Happens all over the world and it's a part of business. If you sign a contract and violate it, it has consequences. Probably happened a thousand times with games you played or software you've used before. The thing is you never found out because there were no loudmouths and everything was settled behind doors in a civilized way. DCS is software platform just like X-plane and MSFS which has marketplace where developers come to sell their projects. But you have to adhere to their rules if not you won't get paid and you will get kicked out. It's that simple. 

For example, if you open a shop on Amazon or Ebay and you don't follow their rules you will get banned and your shop will get closed and depending on what rules you broke you will not get paid. Very simple. And it's part of business. 

So stop fussing and crying, and start reasoning. DCS is an amazing sim platform (better than any other sim out there by a very large margin) that needs to stay healthy and that only happens with our support and not with haters and drama queens.

RB on the other hand, has had zero tact or shown zero legal responsibility in their continued "Leaks" of confidential conversations that not only implicate themselves but other developers from other teams.

You are free to choose whomever you want to support, that's your freedom.
But to come here and post unsubstantiated claims, reddit and discord theories and be confrontational w/ everyone else in a thread that's supposed to be clean of un-official statements, is a bit zealous. 

If the F-15E is all you have, and you are this triggered by it's current state, to save your heart rate and blood pressure from turmoil I suggest you initiate the refund procedure and be on your way.

It does not matter whether they breahced a contract, officially RB is being accused of an IP violation in MCS (not DCS) with their Super Tucano undertaking. Even if this was absolutely the case you don't use this discpute to not pay developers and extort and pressure them. So all the "leaks" of emails and conversations as well as ED's internal communications platform were fake and made up and out of context? I have not seen a single bit of proof by ED what the exact breach is and why it is ok to not pay developers for over a year and still sell their product on their store?
