Thanks a lot, really nice detail releasing this ahead of release. 👍

^^ looking forward to your take on tutorials and missions 😉

I can think of nothing heavier than an airplane
I can think of no greater conglomerate of steel and metal
I can think of nothing less likely to fly

Not really helo guy. But see the way Polychop never abandon the Gazelle. will definitely get Kiowa to support the developer.

The early access to the Manual is really cool. I really liked the PDU and will always use it. Is it possible to add it through the F8 menu during the gameplay? I hope the Kiowa is a great success and that it receives improvements in the 3D model (mainly the external one) and textures. I hope the ammo belt has animations when firing the .50 and when it runs out it is empty at launch or later. Thanks!

That is your opinion.

They are small team, they never abandoned it...

They promised to revisit at FM again and they did!.

Incorrect. The Gazelle was fixed *when* there were people on the team with the skill to do so.
And we're greatful for that! Thank you!

I wouldn’t recommend it: 3-bladed vs 4-bladed main rotor, different swashplates, fenestron vs traditional tail rotor, … 😉

Aye good point, what could possibly go wrong eh?   But IMHO there is a real difference in the FM and the Kiowa is a dream to fly.

Yes it is. It's a shame I have an older version of the Pro Flight Trainer Puma: the newer versions have more buttons, switches and hats available.
Mine is perfect for the Huey and Mi-8 (and perhaps the incoming Chinook), but a bit lacking to operate the Kiowa effectively.

Yes for a while now I’ve been wanting to move to a more unified but modular approach for my simpit. The CM3 base didn’t work out the way I wanted it to but hopefully the Rhino base will perform according to my expectations 🙂
