Big Newy has not been around since friday - maybe holiday times.

Patch would have been dropped now wouldn't it, if it was going to be out this week going by previous patch cycles, so I suspect we're not getting anything for at least another week.

Patches has been released thursday and friday before, but I also guess that holidays will have an effect too, so I don´t expect anything this week or the next.

Well with this last update I have run out of space on the SSD, 40GB short to complete the update 

I did miss the last 2 or 3 updates so that might be it.

Do you have another drive? You could redirect the DCS download folder to that one with symlinks.
And you can do some trickery after the patch with textures.

When we are ready to we will let you know about the next patch. Everything depends on QA checks, as soon as I am told we are good I will update the patch status post as I always do.

Did you solve it?
Have a look at the link I posted above. Can save you some space if you have another disk.
And, doesn't matter if you skip some updates, they are recursive anyway. Every update just gives you the latest relevant files. A trick with lack of space can be to uninstall maps or modules you don't currently use.

There will not be any update this week, the team are still working on some issues and testing, of course everything depends on test results. 

We may share some news this Friday in the newsletter.

Radar map in the AH-64D is already implementet - Wags just had to follow up with a YT video showcasing it.

Ah, I mixed up. Thank you for the info. Should be the death of ST and Kola summer texture revamp.

for the upcoming "Instant mission generator" it would be great to get the options of setting the Difficulty settings for Air and Ground AI, so the player can customize their experience to their needs.

The last major update was on August 9th. It's been over a month. Will we see something big in the next update? I hope there will be a lot of fixes for Kiowa.

ED's goal was to deliver updates about 6 weeks apart. It can take longer or shorter depending on the testing and problems and with hotfixes inbetween.

They've stated they won't rush things. Rather get it right and bug free.

Yes. I guess they're waiting for Polychop to actually get out of early access.

for my part I expect a significant performance gain from the next update and if that was all I would be happy with
It's time to move on performance issues

For you... ok, but for ED nothing can just wait. There are whole different teams for maps, modules (jets, helicopters, pistons) and core teams (coders, 3d modelers, artists, research, manuals) - they all work in parallel and they all cannot just jump to work on performance.

Thanks for the info I will get to it when I get back home.

No, not solved it, it will be November before I have the time to look at it. Such is the life of a pensioner  

I will be out the country until then so no PC- well one that is too old to run DCS so same thing
