As NineLine already mentioned in the closed topic this is of very low priority to ED. So I wouldn't count on a new version of the Model Viewer anytime soon.

Meanwhile texture artists can have fun walking with crutches if they dare to do so.

Of course this problem can be bypassed and it doesn't prevent you from making high quality textures but it's a matter of convenience but also skill. I also assume that they won't announce any new competitions for new modules that are encrypted in this way because some people who do skins will automatically be eliminated.

Sorry for the ping @BIGNEWY @NineLine but I think my question would otherwise go unnoticed.
And I think it is quite pertinent to today's DCS standards. IMHO

Will the Mig-29 have on Special Option a slider to adjust for the Afterburner Detent? 

All recent 3rd party modules have this, and its a great QoL for users.
Its a must to cover that need for different users hardware 

(Bit oftopic if i may but i think it will be great if the other ED modules add this to their options too)

afterburner detent is something we have been working on for the core of DCS, but the work has stalled currently with other higher priority tasks ahead of it.

I rememeber fondly when the Aerges Mirage F1 launched it didnt have one, and one week later in an update they added it

I have answered the question, its a core feature for DCS and work has stalled currently. When work resumes I am sure we will see it for the MiG-29A

For A2G weapons it will be like we have now, unguided bombs, clusters and rockets.

Not sure what you mean? They are describing 

A. TWS/TWF mode, where it tracks and predicts 10 targets 

B. STT with R-27R/ER is launched and radar is alternating between maintaining the lock, sending out datalink instructions, and illuminating the target.

Purchased and looking forward to this Do ED currently expect to deliver the "At final release" features when the module moves out of EA, or during product sustainment? Curious about when ED expect to get the full manual out - and I know, as always with Early Access, everything is subject to change

Everything has gotten cold about this module since pre-purchase. We will be lucky if this releases in 2025.
