Kang Posted Saturday at 09:41 AM Posted Saturday at 09:41 AM Just wondered, do you already have plans in regards to what liveries and skins shall be available for the C-130J, either at launch or eventually? Classic USAF Grey I'd consider pretty much a given, but curious about any other decisions. 2
Canada_Moose Posted Saturday at 01:23 PM Posted Saturday at 01:23 PM I would imagine all the main players in addition to USA who have or had the J model including RAF, RCAF, RAAF, RNZAF etc would be in the initial set. 1
Volator Posted Saturday at 02:44 PM Posted Saturday at 02:44 PM German Airforce hopefully. And I hope a livery magician will do a 1980s GAF Transall look-alike eventually 1 1./JG71 "Richthofen" - Seven Eleven
YoYo Posted Saturday at 04:37 PM Posted Saturday at 04:37 PM It is important that the 3D model will not be encrypted, so there will be no problem with displaying it in the current Model Viewer for DCS: 2 Webmaster of http://www.yoyosims.pl Win 10 64, i9-13900 KF, RTX 5090 32Gb OC, RAM 64Gb Corsair Vengeance LED OC@3600MHz,, 3xSSD+3xSSD M.2 NVMe, Predator XB271HU res.2560x1440 27'' G-sync, Sound Blaster Z + 5.1, TiR5, [MSFS, P3Dv5, DCS, RoF, Condor2, IL-2 CoD/BoX] VR fly only: Meta Quest Pro

Beirut Posted 15 hours ago Posted 15 hours ago As long as there is an RCAF skin all will be fine. Some of the planes, but all of the maps!
GeorgeVB Posted 13 hours ago Posted 13 hours ago (edited) As far as I understand, the video shows the cockpit of the C130J aircraft (or is it an upgraded C-130H?). Argentina use this aircraft for flights to Antarctica. I would like to see this livery But I have not found an image of this plane on the Internet... Edited 12 hours ago by GeorgeVB 1

Probably a C-130J, but I might be wrong. Edit: I just saw some photos of a C-130H with a cockpit a lot like in those videos, so might have been a later or upgraded C-130H as well. /Edit Great videos! I guess that means the race is on for epic landing spots on the South Atlantic map as soon as the module gets released. Well, and all other maps as well obviously. Edited 3 hours ago by Yurgon 1

You can see the throttles that control the engine propeller blades next to the thrust levers. So this is a modernized H version. The J version lacks these throttles, and the blade rotation is controlled by the FADEC. 1 |Motherboard|: Asus TUF Gaming X570-PLUS, |WaterCooler|: Corsair H115i Pro, |CPU|: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, |RAM|: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3200MHz DDR4, |SSD|: Kingston A2000 500GB M.2 NVMe, |SSD|: Kingston 2.5´ 480GB UV400 SATA III, |SSHD|: Seagate Híbrido 2TB 7200RPM SATA III, |GPU|: MSI Gaming 980Ti, |Monitor|: LG UltraWide 34UM68, |Joystick 1|: Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog, |Joystick 2|: T.Flight Rudder Pedals, |Head Motion|: TrackIr 5.
