I will admit I wasn't to happy with the approach taken with flight, which is why I'm surprised at just how apathetic I am about the discontinuance. I'd of probably felt a little anger if it had been successful though

I tried mfsx and I thought it was absolutely horrible.. I wanted the vrs superbug & couldn't get the damn thing to work

no matter what I tried due to a prequisit addon that nerfed up everything.. after 5 days I gave up.

 

makes me so mad I could spit..

 

for now I'm stuck playing lockon fc2 & vnaov2 mod, not that that is a bad thing but it

seems like another abandoned project & outdated + not many players. from what I can tell.

Have you tried the VRS forums for help? FSX is far from perfect but with the right add ons it can be a real gem. Its certainly a mile ahead of MS flight...

The only required addon for VRS is the free version of FSUIPC4 which should not have nerfed anything.

You'll also want AICARRIERs2, vLSO and Javiers carriers.
