If you want to talk to anyone about anything personal, send it to their PM box. Interpersonal drama and ad hominem rebuttal are things that do not belong on a thread viewed by the public.

One thing i have to point out... naming a thread.. "OK, so" is as useful as tits on a bull.

Messing around with nostalgia. Of course, the original Lock On. :P

Now, let's go back even further than Lock On. Flanker 1.0!

A quickly set up mission.

A very screenshot-active day for me.

Disclaimer: I don't support anti-Georgian sentiments. Anyways...

Fictional backstory:

Tblisi International is being used as a military hub for the time being; Russia has to suppress its capability by any means:

The Tu-160 after takeoff

Screen_160118_182251_zpshb0rh8f8.jpg~original

Once the Tu-160 reached it's turning point, off went two Kh-65 Kent cruise missiles.

Screen_160118_182508_zpse0afizje.jpg~original

Climbing through the mountains with ease, they went. That is, until their journey was stopped by a mountain too tough to handle.

Screen_160118_182618_zps73s2ivda.jpg~original

The Tu-160 launched another cruise missile. After escaping the Greater Caucasus mountain range, the Kent found itself nearing the city of Tbilisi.

Screen_160118_183100_zps2slsnhwf.jpg~original

The Kent approached the airfield in silence, passing the city limits.

Screen_160118_183158_zpsatzipdc1.jpg~original

It was stopped by a Patriot missile system only a mile away from the airfield. Close save. However, the Tu-160 still had the fuel to fire two more, and so, the Patriot's save was in vein, as it was too late this time.

Mission success!

note: This was not done as a Tu-160 mod by me, this was all the AI's work. I sure would love to make one though. :)
