Well, right after I posted this message I went back unplugged it then pluged it back in and the drivers auto installed. My own experience I got a sore neck and shoulders until I realized not to tense up so much while trying to point the TrackIR. Once you are used to using a TrackIR you cannot go back - it is definitely a 'game changing' technology.
