Scratchy Posted April 10, 2011 Posted April 10, 2011 Here's a write up on A-10C Warthog at Rock Paper Shotgun. It's not a proper review, but I found it interesting. While he acknowledges the fine work by ED, he spends most of his writeup complaining about the things which make this simulator precious to me. I've waited for a sim like A-10C since the 1st time I saw Flight Simulator 1.0 back in 1982. FS 1.0 was simply a white on black wire-frame which primitively modeled flight. This fired my imagination and from then on I dreamt what could be: Photo-realism, weather, faithful flight model and avionics and weapon systems as they exist in the real thing (as far as I know anyway :P. I've never been within 10 miles of one).
