PeterP Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 (edited) Hey Guys ! No need to open polls ! I have a wiring diagram for a machine that makes every poll obsolete: This should answer every question you have - but I still didn't found the time to build this - and I also don't have the space... maybe someone of you will give it a Try ? midju Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Next DCS figther Hi! Why can not DCS tell the community what the next Fighter will be? Short question. Best regards.
Jona33 Posted February 4, 2012 Posted February 4, 2012 Hi! Why can not DCS tell the community what the next Fighter will be? Short question. Best regards. You do realize there are many threads already. It's ridiculous. They'll anounce it when they're ready. All the moaning in the world won't change that. Always remember. I don't have a clue what I'm doing

Why can not DCS tell the community what the next Fighter will be? Short question. Best regards. DCS can't say anything but ED could... Inseckt Posted February 5, 2012 Posted February 5, 2012 DCS can't say anything but ED could... I wouldn't be so sure, it was DCS that basically revealed the P-51 with it's "left over folder". DCS could be becoming so complex, it might soon become sentient and we could interrogate it for details of upcoming ED stuff:) :P Help Beczl with his DCS MiG-21Bis project by Pre-Ordering DCS MiG-21Bis module NOW! csper Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 This is a simple explain what I think, Two Seater + Carrier Ops = F-18 = Enjoyment [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
fael097 Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Come on you guys! What about DCS: F/A-18E Super Hornet with carrier ops? this. Wolfie Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Probably more like F/A-18C Hornet with carrier ops. "Isn't this fun!?" - Inglorious Bastards "I rode a tank, held a general's rank / When the Blitzkrieg raged, and the bodies stank!" - Stones.
636_Castle Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 Whatever it is...I just hope it's something still relevant today. I pray we don't get stuck with some F-104 or A-7. :( [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] How To Fix Your X-52's Rudder!

joey45 Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 Do you know who much guess work VRS did on their Hornet. 104th_Cobra Posted February 7, 2012 Posted February 7, 2012 Assuming the navy transition effort toward the F/A-18E/F, I expect that there is a greater probability to see a sim of this plane than another one. But this point of view, and the previous ED contract, can include an F-35 (wich I will not appreciate so much because of too much "glass"). I would prefer a F-16, but I'll adopt whatever "is on the can". We are needing a pointy fighter. And of course, if a F/A-18 is on the way, carrier operations well modeled, will be fun. Then, ED, please bring some MiG for the OPFOR. 104th Cobra [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
SUBS17 Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Do you know who much guess work VRS did on their Hornet. Not much aside the stuff thats unavailable to the public. They have alot of knowledge on the E and F. [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]

Too much required information is not available to do it right no matter who attempts it. The Tacpac is very close to a fully modelled F/A-18E, if an SDK were released devs like VRS and the community could make detailed addon aircraft for DCS. VRS plan on making an F as an addon and also a Pro version which has even more detail. [sIGPIC] [/sIGPIC]
