??? Despite of having 6950 (unlocked to 6970) I never heard of any "flashing boxes" problem...

I can confirm that the Flashing White Boxes are still there with Cat 12.4 and using 6950 card.

 

Not happy, have been emailing AMD support but they have gone quite and are now not returning my emails. funny that!

 

So I'm guessing that the problem will not be fixed.

May I add I saw some flashes also for the first time (never saw these before) in DCS P-51D and to lesser extend in DCS World... but for me they were not white flashes, they were larger (aka cluster) of pixelated flashes in dark (most likely black) colour.

 

I was using Catalyst 12.4 at the time and I had HDR on... 2 days ago I tried turning off HDR glow completely and changed back to Catalyst 12.3 and I recall seing these flashes again after that.

 

my video card is Sapphire HD7970
