Hello! I belive this might be a bug or something. Sorry if I am wrong.

I just tried "Command post strike.miz" in World 1.1.2.1 with SU-25T and arrived at the target as planned. I hit one of the command posts with two KAB-500kr but the target wasn't even scratched. Even emptied the cannon on the target afterwards. Target was still standing. Seems then it is impossible to complete this mission.

Yes it is a bug.

It will be solved in nearest patch?

From may we cant destroy Command Post in DCS.

Pity, looks like all bunkers have a problem, so problem with campain of Su-25T too.

I put directly 2 KAB-500KRK, 2 Bet Bombs and 2 25L and cant destroy it ;).

I can not get the KH500kr to drop, this what Im having problems with ATM, I get the LA but nothing will come off. the bunker is locked on to allso. :thumbup:

Hmmm does the campaign progress depend on destroying one of these bunkers? If so Maybe I could get it prioritised.

Problem I have with mission Command Post Strike is that those bunkers aren't even rendered on the map,and both of them kp1 and kp2 have to be destroyed to complete mission, see my post in mission editor issues. (DCSW 1.24.11652)

Hi, there is also incorrect mission briefing, it says:

Target ingress point is waypoint 4, bearing 220

but in fact its waypoint 2 (3 is the target).

Abandon all hope, ye who enter here.

Any update on this? I just did this mission and according to the combat log I got a hit on each command post, but neither was destroyed.

Just tried this mission, can confirm that Kab-500s still have no effect on command posts. How is this still not fixed? The first complaint was in 2012 for ****'s sake. Seriously beginning to regret my purchases if this is how the devs respond to bugs (as in, not responding at all)

Have you tried going into the Mission Planner before the mission and changing the load out, maybe take a couple BetAB 500ShPs instead? I didn't think the KAB 500kr was a bunker buster? I could be wrong though, I am not totally up on the Russian stuff...

 

I can try myself tonight if need be.

The bug you mean? That may be true (I doubt it is, but whatever) but that's no excuse for not fixing it in 3 years. It's such a monumentus oversight.

 

 

What's even more odd is the lack of complaints about this issue. Not a lot of users running that campaign I guess. Even though it is a show stopper, really odd for such a bug.

Just tested this in 2.0 (or 1.5 now) 2 KAB-500 will take out a bunker.

Just tried the mission again, two direct hits to command posts in this mission, no damage seen. My DCS is up to date. *shrug* not sure what's going on here then.
